From Tree to Table: Why Every Macadamia Kernel Matters

It takes seven years for a macadamia tree to fully mature. Seven years of sunshine, rain, pruning, and patience. And when that tree finally produces its first full harvest, we get around 30 kilograms of nut in shell. But here’s the surprising part: after the shell is removed, we’re left with just 10 kilograms of edible macadamia kernel.
