From Tree to Table: Why Every Macadamia Kernel Matters
It takes seven years for a macadamia tree to fully mature. Seven years of sunshine, rain, pruning, and patience. And when that tree finally produces its first full harvest, we get around 30 kilograms of nut in shell. But here’s the surprising part: after the shell is removed, we’re left with just 10 kilograms of edible macadamia kernel.
That’s it. One third.
We do the hard work so you can enjoy the best part — no cracking, no mess, just premium macadamias ready to enjoy.
We’re passionate about making every kernel count. Each one tells a story of sustainability, family farming, and quality that goes back generations. We hope when you taste them, you’ll understand why we think macadamias are one of life’s little joys.
