As I look back on our journey, I am filled with gratitude for the foundation laid by my parents, Ron and Marion Steinhardt. Their dedication and hard work have made Macadamias Australia what it is today. We honour their legacy by continuing their work with humility, gratitude, and a commitment to excellence. My parents instilled in me an unwavering appreciation for the land and the blessings I have received.

They taught me to be grateful for each day and every opportunity, emphasising the
importance of faith and resilience in facing life's challenges. Whenever I am having a tough day, my Mum’s words “have an attitude of gratitude” helps me put things in perspective.

As I carry their legacy forward, I do so with a deep sense of purpose and responsibility. Their values of hard work, faith, and family guide us in every decision I make. I strive to honour their memory by upholding these principles and ensuring that their vision continues to flourish for generations to come.
